Kevin Quinn brings more than a quarter-century of successful leadership experience in advancement, alumni relations and communications to eAdvancement. Most recently he served as the Vice President for University Advancement and Communications at Immaculata University, where he oversaw a staff of 20 providing leadership for the university’s fundraising, alumni relations, and marketing and communications functions. Prior to Immaculata, Kevin served in leadership roles at Saint Joseph’s University, Haverford College, Neumann University and for the social services organization Woods Services. He has had direct responsibility leading annual giving, major gift, alumni and parent relations, and campaign programs which have raised more than $400-million.
Having worked in smaller, private institutions his entire career, Kevin has a great understanding of the particular challenges facing these institutions. He has developed expertise in a wide range of areas including developing and implementing integrated fundraising programs, assessing staffing levels and capability, campaign preparedness, feasibility studies, strengthening annual giving and major gift programs, alumni association strategic planning, and board recruitment and development.
A leader in the philanthropic community, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professions – Greater Philadelphia Chapter, and has taught in the AFP Fundamentals of Fundraising program. He has served on boards for the Community YMCA of Easter Delaware County, the Middletown Community Foundation, Waldron Mercy Academy and the Saint Joseph’s University Alumni Association.
Kevin earned both his undergraduate and MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
